YES Monitor is an independent, software-only monitoring service that reads data from your existing solar monitoring portals and presents it in one dashboard with alerts.
YES Monitor helps you see and respond to system performance faster. It is a monitoring aid and does not guarantee detection of every fault, uninterrupted service, or any particular level of energy production or savings. You remain responsible for maintaining your solar system.
You represent that you own or are authorized to access the monitoring accounts you connect, and you authorize us to access them read-only on your behalf. You can revoke this at any time.
Use the service lawfully and don't attempt to disrupt it, reverse-engineer it, or access data you're not authorized to.
Pricing is shown on our site and is currently introductory; introductory rates may increase after the beta period. Annual and multi-year terms lock your rate for the committed period. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost production or revenue.
Either party may terminate per the plan terms. On termination we stop accessing your portals; you may request deletion of your data.
