Your authorization for YES Monitor to access your solar monitoring portals on your behalf.

By accepting this Authorization, you ("you", the "Authorizing Party") authorize YES Solar Brokers / YES Monitor ("we", "us") to access the third-party solar monitoring portal(s) and account(s) you connect (each a "Connected Account"), on your behalf and for your benefit, solely to retrieve production, performance, and device data and provide the YES Monitor service.
You represent and warrant that: (a) you own, or are authorized by the owner of, each Connected Account and the underlying solar system and data; (b) you have the right to grant this authority and to share any credentials you provide; and (c) granting this authority does not violate any agreement whose risk you are unwilling to accept.
You understand that a monitoring vendor's own terms may restrict automated or third-party access regardless of your permission, and that accessing a Connected Account through YES Monitor could lead the vendor to suspend, limit, or terminate your account, throttle access, or require re-authentication (including SMS or app-based 2FA). We do not control the vendors and do not guarantee continued access; access may break when a vendor changes or blocks it.
Where a Connected Account uses 2FA, you agree to provide or approve verification codes as reasonably needed. We will not attempt to defeat or circumvent a vendor's security or anti-automation measures; where verification is required, you complete or approve it.
You authorize us to securely store the credentials and/or access tokens necessary to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. Changing your portal password also effectively revokes our access.
If any vendor notifies you or us that such access is not permitted (for example, a cease-and-desist or a technical block), we may suspend or stop accessing that Connected Account, and you agree that we will do so.
You may revoke this Authorization for any or all Connected Accounts at any time via your account settings or by written notice to ask@yes4.info. Upon revocation, we will cease accessing the affected Connected Account and delete or deactivate stored credentials/tokens for it per our retention practices.
YES Monitor is a monitoring aid and not a guarantee of fault detection, uptime, or production (see the Terms of Service). To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your authorization here or any breach of your representations above.
