How YES Solar Brokers ("YES Monitor", "we") handles your information.

  • Account & contact details you give us (name, company, email, phone).
  • Monitoring access you authorize — read-only access to your existing solar monitoring portals so we can display your system's data.
  • Production data retrieved from those portals (energy output, device status, alerts).
  • Usage data from our app (log-ins, pages viewed) to operate and improve the service.

2. How we use it

To provide monitoring and alerts, support your account, communicate with you, and improve the service. We do not sell your personal information.

3. Monitoring-portal access

We access third-party portals (e.g. SolarEdge, SMA, Fronius) only with your authorization and only to read the data needed to display your system. You can revoke access at any time, and we will stop retrieving your data.

4. Sharing

We share information only with service providers who help us run the platform (e.g. hosting, messaging), under confidentiality obligations, or where required by law. We never sell your data.

5. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

6. Data retention & deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can request export or deletion of your data at any time by emailing us.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live (e.g. California / CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or opt out of certain processing of your personal information. Contact us to exercise them.
